Located in trendy Southbourne, close to Southbourne Grove with numerous shops, bars and restaurants, award-winning bakery, wine bar, fish restaurant, fish and chips, Thai or Indian. Bournemouth is a 10 min drive, New Forest 20 mins, Sandbanks 25 mins. Perfect for beach, bike, walking breaks.

turning up from the road, you'll see a big black property with black gates Enter into a front garden area with outdoor seating. Big sliding doors provide access to the property, stepping into the open plan kitchen/lounge/diner.
upstairs
two upstairs rooms are large (barn high ceilings) with superking beds and built-in wardrobes offering lots of storage
new bathroom with bath, shower and fancy marble-style tiling
downstairs
ground floor bedroom has a kingsize bed facing a wallpapered beach scene and en suite toilet/shower
new kitchen with a large island and fridge in-built for keeping drinks cool Induction hobs, oven and microwave. Fridge, freezers, dishwasher, washing machine. Large comfy l-shaped sofa in front of a 55 inch TV with NETFLIX and Sky Movies.
outdoors
there's a ring doorbell that can be activated if staying any length of time and you'd like to keep an eye on bikes etc Gates can be locked from the outside for extra security.

beach
beach is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away Fisherman's Walk is the closest beach, beautiful white sands that can be accessed either via walking down the zig zag or using the cliff lift (better option if carrying beers and beach gear).
parking
there's no direct parking outside the property, you can pull up down the side of it to drop cases off but nearest parking is a minute walk round the corner (same postcode bh52ha) - seabourne road car park £610 for 24 hours. It's not a huge car park but I've always got a space. There are also nearby streets you can park on. You can also park on the road but only for an hour or all day Sundays. A much larger car park is 5 mins walk away.
food & drink, southbourne
dicky’s – southbourne grove, about a 10-minute walk Great for dining, especially Sunday roasts. There’s also good cocktail list.
larder house – great food/roasts but it’s a little more pricey Also on the Grove.
chef carlos – my favourite place to eat, lovely tapas with big portions, well priced - good sangria
tiien thai - just a few doors up from the stables – best thai i’ve been to
smithson’s fish and chips – closest eatery to the stables Huge queues here at the weekends, say no more.
sobo sommelier – classy wine bar a few minutes from the house There’s a popular fish restaurant next door.
brewhouse – southbourne grove, 7-minute walk Lovely huge pub with a nice outdoors space at the back.
renoufs – opposite the brewhouse, cheese and wine bar
a great bar/late night venue – fez bar, below makla restaurant – they hold great nights there, some top djs sometimes
sobo beach bar – walk (30 mins) or cab/drive A Miami beach-styled venue made from shipping containers which has a very chilled vibe, best view, great coffee and nice cocktails. Great spot if you have children.
café riva – in the summer months, this place is popular at the weekends It’s on the cliff top at the end of Fisherman’s Walk. They often have DJs playing both afternoons, lots of dancing plus a truck serving tasty pizza.

walking tours – while there are plenty of options for beautiful walks in the area, if you fancy a guided tour to learn more about the history of the area, check out penny’s website, bournemouth walking tours (can't insert link)
watersports
close to home, learn to sup or surf on boscombe beach at sorted surf school Of, if you want to hire a jet ski, learn how to kite surf, windsurf or do a bit of powerboating – Poole is the place. It’s a 25-minute drive to Poole Harbour, so much to do there if you’re a bit of an adrenalin junkie. It's also next door to Sandbanks Beach.
cycling
the safest spots for cycling are really the new forest (great pubs for a spot of lunch plus you’ll see lots of beautiful ponies), moors valley country park or just along the 7 mile stretch of beach from southbourne to sandbanks Bikes can be hired easily online.
winter at the coast
probably one of our favourite times of year! lovely costal walks to wrap up warm and enjoy the fresh sea breeze Bournemouth hosts its annual Christmas Lights Festival - a spectacular experience with the infamous Wonderland Tree. 60ft tall, with over 30,000 lights! If you are brave enough, regular sea dips take place throughout the winter, with the pinnacle being the Boscombe Beach Xmas day dip.
