As well as a farmhouse dining table that's great for sociable breakfasts and dinners. Additionally, there is a larger dining table next door.

the beach is just a ten minute walk so you won't need to worry about parking! it offers a flat and wide expanse of sand when the tide is out, which makes a great place for a game of football or rounders Lifeguarded all year round, the beach is also ideal for families and small children. You'll also often see surfers braving the waves - beginners can give it a go by booking a lesson at North Devon Surf School. another excellent surfing spot, saunton sands, is just 20 miles away and well worth a visit!
once the tide draws in, you can spend time on the promenade playing in the amusements or gazing over the fantastic views of the atlantic ocean while savouring an ice cream or two! a walk along the coast to the beach will bring you to northam burrows, a site of special scientific interest with a salt marsh, sand dunes and grasslands here you will also find a handful of friendly ponies and grazing sheep to go say hello to!
