our home has its own dedicated driveway for your dedicated parking use during your stay! the driveway is directly in front of our home, you can't miss it! you can park two cars in the driveway
if you need additional parking for multiple cars, there is ample, free street parking for you!
alberta retreat is located on the second floor of our home, and has its own private entrance, wholly dedicated to your stay walk up the flight of stairs directly in front of the home when you arrive and enter your keyless entry code and voila, you’ve arrived at your home away from home!

no smoking inside: please refrain from smoking inside the home! any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning
go easy on our neighbors: when using the private patio deck, please be considerate of our neighbors they're really nice and we'd like to keep them! quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am
no parties/events: we kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits

2 Our home is well maintained and treated periodically for pests and insects. However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as we have a pest control service). If you happen to see a bug just let us know, we can schedule our pest control for a visit. While we don't foresee this being an issue during your stay, we do back up to a lot of green space and wanted to mention it.
