we are right next to lake michigan, just haven’t advertised it much since we're at the top of a small bluff without direct access In winter we have a lovely lake view, but the lot is so heavily forested that you don't see past the trees in other seasons. We have a ravine in the back with a small creek that becomes a stream if it rains a lot, and we also see wildlife in the yard sometimes such as tons of birds, deer, and foxes.
this is mostly a ranch-style home, however the entertainment room with tv and air hockey that leads to the screened in porch is "sunken", there are 2 steps to access There is a normal flight of stairs down to the lower level billiards/bar area, office and laundry..
