the ground floor is fitted with beautiful oak parquet flooring At the front a south facing living room with bay window takes advantage of the views to Beamsley Beacon and is comfortably furnished with a traditional fireplace and cosy wood burner. There is a second snug area, the perfect place to sit and relax while watching your favourite movies on the supersize TV. The beautiful light filled kitchen features a handmade kitchen, electric range cooker, quartz worktops and a Belfast sink. The large island with stools is the perfect focal point to sit and chat while the chef rustles up the food. There is a seating area and large dining table which look out over the rear terrace and views beyond, particularly lovely in summer with the French doors open. There is a separate boot/utility room with a washer/dryer. Upstairs are four bedrooms, all with far reaching views and beautifully furnished with high quality mattresses, toppers and bedding, ensuring a good night’s sleep. There are two en-suite bedrooms, a family bathroom all with underfloor heating, fluffy towels and complimentary local organic soap.
