our favorite part of the studio is the kitchen, which we’ve refurbished to be both functional and visually appealing We kept the original tiling to preserve its charm while incorporating earthy tones to create a calming atmosphere. It’s the perfect space to unwind—turn on some music, pour a drink, and cook a meal, whether you’re alone or with loved ones. The kitchen truly makes this space feel like home.

this first-floor studio features a full kitchen with an oven range, fridge, and microwave, along with a queen-size bed, smart tv, portable ac, and heating for your comfort Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards are provided for your convenience. There’s also a living room fireplace with an electric insert (non-wood-burning). The designated parking spot is 8’6” wide, 7’ high, and 19’ deep, located in a garage.
