walk score rates the neighborhood "very walkable and very bikeable", and if you wanted you wouldn't need to drive anywhere

-we have one small parking space available and there is a paid parking garage with 2 hour meter parking close by
-manhattan beach e-bike rental shop is 1 minute walk away
