this home enjoys an unbeatable pacific city location, with the sandy beach right outside the back door Take a scenic stroll along the shoreline to the famous Pelican Brewing half a mile north, and continue your post-lunch explorations among Cape Kiwanda's dunes, tidepools, hiking trails, and viewpoints. When you're not surfing or strolling, you can check out the renowned Three Capes Scenic Drive or head 22 miles south to shop in Lincoln City.
