The Royal Mile, Scottish Parliament and so much more is only a 15 minute walk away. We also have Arthurs Seat and Holyrood park literally on our doorstep. My home is a mix of historic Edinburgh with green views.

there are 2 bedrooms on the property Two of them are furnished with a king-sized bed and a double bed maisonette , while the other is a double sofa bed in the open plan living area.

there is 2 bedrooms and in the living area there is a double bed sofa bed so total sleeping for 6 people,, there is also a maisonette double bed in one of the bedrooms , a fun bed really for teenagers or able body adults , there is ladders up to that double bed maisonette , but you don't need to use it, there is enough beds for 6 people

there are 2 bathrooms available The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, and deep/large bath, while the upstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower. The master bathroom is also fitted with sonos speakers so you can relax in the bath while listening to your favourite music or podcast.
