this one of a kind 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home was designed from the ground up for large groups wanting to vacation together recently renovated, it offer the perfect spot for bachelor or bachelorette groups, large corporate gatherings, team building retreats or that much needed family reunion! thanks to the 6 bedrooms and additional pull out beds, the home can comfortably sleep 20+ guests!

bedrooms and bathrooms
we wanted to design a vacation rental that allowed groups of people to vacation together while but still have the luxury of privacy With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this house accomplishes just that. These bedrooms are not tiny, with some featuring private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Each bedroom is equipped with a 4k smart TV, phone chargers and either a king or queen bed, no tiny low-quality beds here! Each bathroom is a full bathroom.
the master bedroom with a king size bed is secluded downstairs with a huge master bathroom that feature a large soaking tub and walk-in shower!
there is also another king size master bedroom upstairs with a private bathtub/shower combo!
the other 4 bedrooms also feature king size beds! for larger groups of people who may not want to share beds, we also have 4 roll-away beds stored in the closets There is plenty of spaces that you can place these beds since they are mobile and not necessarily tied to a particular bedroom.

the living room is optimized for large groups of people to enjoy a movie or to play a party game together With two large couches and couch tables behind them with bar stools, there is enough seating to comfortably fit your entire group.
the large 86in smart tv features a definitive technologies 72.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound system. This system makes watching your favorite movies and shows much much more immersive. There is also an Xbox One X Video game system, allowing you to play video games in 4k. Don't worry about bringing your own games or movies, we have a huge library of over 350 movies many with Dolby Atmos.
the kitchen is an absolute heave for the family chef fully loaded and stocked with everything needed to put together a feast, the large 6 burner gas cook top and double ovens will make sure that your meals come together without a hitch!
the dining room features a dining room table that can seat 12 people, with additional seating on the kitchen island and on the couch bar table!
the entire living space that includes the kitchen has a hidden speaker system in the ceiling that can be controlled with amazon alexa voice commands Its a great system for playing some background music or just having fun.
the living space upstairs is converted into a game room Featuring a gaming table with everything you need to play cards or a board game! This room has two smart TVs for watching sports or live TV while you hang out. These TVs also have retro game systems with wireless remotes. in this room you will also find a sit-down arcade table for playing games like street fighter 2!
both upstairs and downstairs areas have a front-loading washing machine and a dryer (both with an iron and ironing board) so if you want to do laundry during your vacation, you're all set with two laundry rooms :-)
we equipped the house with a tankless water heater system that allows multiple people in your group to shower or take a bath at the same time, a rarity for vacation homes of any size Each bathroom also contains a hairdryer and all the amenities you expect from a luxury vacation rental.
outdoor patio & balcony
we know that vacationers love to have a private space their group can enjoy outdoors Our patio features a 6-person hot tub that we drain and replace with fresh water between every guest to ensure sanitation safety.
we've really decked out the backyard, so you can enjoy soaking in the hot tub while watching our outdoor smart tv or play music using our outdoor speaker system! the large private fence keeps your gathering private, and the yard is closed in Enjoy grilling? Watch live sports outside while you grill. enjoy the outdoor patio at night with our outdoor lighting that keeps the entire area well lit and picture perfect! the lighting is amazing at this home!
we offer a charcoal and pellet grill/smoker for that perfect bbq!
we have lots of outdoor seating, featuring two propane fire pits, high quality patio furniture and a picnic table this backyard patio is a perfect way to have a great night outdoors with your family and friends!
the balcony on the 2nd floor is another great area to hang out The balcony stretches from one end of the house to the other and has 3 separate entrances from the bedrooms. this unique space also has a propane fire table, over-sized chess and of course, alexa enabled speakers!

we have an ro water filtration system that reduces the amount of alkaline in the water and filters out other harmful particles making the water from the water faucets drinkable
we used a special kind of insulation, spray foam insulation, in this home to make sure the temperature stays constant, regardless of how hot or cold it gets outside very energy efficient and with guest comfort in mind!
coffee bar- you will find a fully stocked coffee bar downstairs with a combo keurig / nespresso machine We supply all coffee, sweeteners and creamers. We don't supply just a starter supply like most vacation homes. you will find enough supplies to last for your entire stay! you will also find the water filtration system and did i mention wine refrigerator here!
having said all that, tobin hill/ 5 points has a lot of positive qualities You can get to popular locations, like the Pearl Brewery, San Pedro Park, The River Walk, the Alamo, the Alamodome and more in just a few minutes. built in 1915, the house is located on the border of two historical neighborhoods, known as "5 points" and "tobin hill" It has become a location to set up vacation rentals due to its proximity to downtown, the River Walk and the Pearl Brewery. The street the house is on may give people that are unfamiliar with San Antonio a bad first impression and lead to concerns that they are in a bad part of town. Despite the way the street looks, the house and neighborhood are far away from any part of the city that is dangerous or unwelcoming (located on the Northside of SA). This is a neighborhood in transition, so there is a mixture of nicely done, newly renovated houses and ones that need quite a bit of work.
if you are looking for a “party house” this home is not for you The max amount of people allowed on the property is 20. This includes people that are just visiting and not staying the night. This also includes children. If more than 20 people are present on the property it could be considered a party, we will ask everybody to leave without a refund! The person that books the property will be responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.
