the hostess kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a 900mm cooktop and stove, caesar stone benchtops, dishwaser and a large island bench with 4 bar stools perfect for entertaining The dining area with a beautiful 12 seat dining setting adjoins timber bi-fold doors that open to the covered alfresco area. There is a huge 120 square meter decking that sweeps around the property to the landscaped back yard. All living areas have a northerly aspect and are flooded with natural light throughout the day. The laundry has a brand new washer and dryer.
