3 According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4 No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5 Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6 Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7 No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8 Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9 A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.
