the house is conveniently situated a short drive from the brilliant bournemouth beaches and town centre as well as the idyllic christchurch town and the magical new forest!
there is a local pub and convenience store just two minutes away as well as other local amenities There is parking for up to 6/7 cars on the driveway and free parking on the surrounding streets.
we don't mention the garden in the amenities as the space is very limited However, there is a small garden area on the side which has a BBQ.
