the holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained and has been newly refurbished throughout
the front door opens into the lounge, with a wood burning stove available for guests to use during the colder months

the bed is king sized and made from orthopaedic memory foam, the bedding is pure cotton

they are allowed to go leash-free on the beach at this end of the seafront, and along the coastal path all the way to bexhill
