Just a minute off I-35W and less than 15 minutes to the Texas Motor Speedway, 15 minutes to UNT, and 30 minutes to DFW (most importantlyโฆless than 15 minutes to Bucceeโs!) Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio apartment; jump in the pool (available seasonally); gather your thoughts by the private pond. Youโll have everything you need for one night or many.

our property is 3 acres that you are welcome to walk around i encourage to walk around our lovely neighborhood as well!

check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
pets are welcome! we charge $15 pet fee per night/per pet (for a maximum of $150 and 2 pets) per stay to your email the day of arrival
