the south facing raised decking with 6 seater dining set is easily accessed from the living room and, through the porch, from the kitchen 4 sun loungers and a gas barbecue are also provided to add extra comfort on lazy summer days. The cottage enjoys extensive views across the Aeron Valley. Below the decking is a lawn extending directly into a large mown area of almost half an acre (see the decking photo) where children and dogs can play safely a quarter of a mile from the road. The whole area is for the exclusive use of the cottage and is fenced all around. Driveway parking for 4 cars.
