the pole style home has living over two levels accessed via internal stairs from the open carport/games area The main living area features open plan living with kitchen, bathroom, laundry, a queen size room and double bunk room with decks leading out to a private flat grassy area surrounded by the bush. The upper mezzanine level has a main bedroom with walk in robe/ensuite and private deck. Water views are afforded from both levels with spectacular sunsets enjoyed on the upper deck.

lilypad is a short drive to the flagged beaches of adder rock and famous cylinder beach The dive shop, a grocery store and the Straddie Pub are all within a few minutes drive. The best fresh fish shop on the island is right next door! There's also a bowls club, tennis courts, a skate bowl and park. The bus stop is at the bottom of Tramican Street, a 10 minute walk away, and the bus runs regularly to meet all the Straddie ferries.
