features of this luxury home are: large master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, 3 other bedrooms with 2 queen and 2 single beds There is also a single bed in the downstairs lounge allowing a total of 9 guests.
the kitchen is extremely well stocked with ample crockery, cutlery, bowls and dishes, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher There are ceiling fans throughout and the laundry has a top load washer and clothes dryer.

Summary: House is huge, spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy. Ad states oceanviews but unfortunately the trees across the road have grown so much that they block the whole view from the deck (which was unfortunate for whale watching season). There was a partial view from the kitchen window, but defeats the purpose of booking an oceanview house where you cant see it from the main deck. Lots of stairs, which was fine for us, but FYI . Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of plus 2 fridge/freezers. Pet friendly houses are few and far between at Straddie, but this was a lovely modern house and great for pets (as long as they can walk stairs). The doggy door allowed access from laundry to the secured mini yard. We recommend this place, esp for a large family or group of friends / couples with their furry pets. Also, the Off leash beach is a short 3 min drive just down the hill.
