Positive: The house was very clean and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The bedrooms were pleasant, and everything was clearly explained regarding how to use the facilities. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
Negative: The check-in information caused us some unnecessary stress. As check-in was stated to be between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m., we rushed to arrive before 10 p.m. because we thought the key box would no longer be accessible after that time. However, it turned out to be a mechanical lockbox that could have been accessed at any time. A clarification on this would help future guests. We also found some of the notices displayed around the house a bit too strict, especially those mentioning financial penalties for checking out late or not locking the door. While we understand the intention behind these reminders, they created a slightly stressful atmosphere when we were hoping to relax and enjoy our holiday.
