* if there is a need for extra linen or extra towels, there is a surcharge as i am ordering this from a linen company and not washing this myself :)
*toiletries such this but not limited: shower gel, toilet paper, bin bags, and cleaning supplies are provided for the beginning of the stay, for the short stays between 2 days and a week as this is what cleaning fee charge covers.
