the whole house is yours with the exception of the 1st floor closet off the foyer that is an owners' closet containing supplies for the house
the house includes shared access to the whole backyard with owner, who lives next door
please make sure that you are observing no smoking policy, which extends everywhere except the driveway and backyard There is a $250 fee added to cleaning fee for the first occurrence and we will ask that the cleaning happen during your stay.
