This large home is in the Balmoral community with a large community beach and boat ramp down the end of the street. The community center also has a playground and tennis/pickleball court. Boasting a screened-in porch, large fenced-in area, wrap around deck, gas grill, fire pit and both a family room (with 50-inch TV with surround sound) and a living room there is plenty of room for all to relax. The large open kitchen has hard-surface counters, a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster oven w/air fryer and microwave and opens to a dining room that seats 8. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bring your boat, jetskis, camper, whatever - there is plenty of room to park including a covered concrete parting area in addition to the 2-car garage. There is plenty of room to throw a football, frisbee, lacrosse ball or whatever in the nicely landscaped double lot property. We just bought this house and this is the first rental season which is why there are no reviews yet..
