Lastly, a delightful bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks, features cozy reading nooks and porch access. A half bath is also located on this level.

house rules:
- guests must be 24+ to book the property
- one-night stays must be approved
- groups larger than 10 need to be approved We do not allow parties. There is a $500 HOA fee for violations.
- quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
- any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost
- all pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel
- no parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied No street parking allowed per HOA rules. There is a $50/vehicle HOA fee for violations. Cars that do not fit in the driveway can park on the south side of Sea Butterfly west of Grand Avenue.
- rvs, boats, trailers, etc may not be parked in the neighborhood. There is a $500/vehicle HOA fee.
- no oversized vehicles of any kind per hoa regulations
- do not turn the ac below 70 degrees If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine
- please turn off exterior lights when not in use to avoid disrupting the neighbors
- place all trash bags in the trash cans Loose trash bags outside of cans will be fined $50/bag.
- only registered guests are allowed overnight
- do not use the premises for any illegal activities
- the fee for a lost key will be $50.
