you'll enjoy close to 100' of lakefront on tinkertown bay directly across from chautauqua institution Bring your boat along to our dock (shared with neighbors) or roast some s'mores at the firepit next to the shore.
our dock is scheduled to be installed 5/4/25 (weather permitting) and usually stays in until mid-late october
you'll have access to the second floor living space which features an open floor plan with full kitchen, dining area and living room with queen sleeper sofa A bathroom with shower and a bedroom with queen bed completes the space.
the cottage is fully winterized and you'll stay comfortable with a mini-split system providing a/c and heat
the second-floor deck has been recently expanded with trex decking and mahogany railings We kept the hemlock tree growing up through the deck for a unique, natural touch. A gas grill is conveniently located on this level.
