the cabin is right off route 3, making it easily accessible to shops and restaurants, while still being far away enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the space The lake lot is shared with 2 other homeowners, so please be respectful of everyone’s space. The firepit is also shared. There are chairs provided at each.

The neighborhood is small and quiet so being respectful is very important. All pets must be leashed at all times. Great neighborhood for walking. Parking is limited to 2 cars, must park in front of cabin not to block neighbor’s driveways.

the tap water is flushing out from drilling a deep well and takes a bit to get hot water we recommend turning the hot water on a minute or two before jumping in the shower
