Lake Winnisquam lake front property with one boat slip and over 220ft of waterfront to enjoy. 3 bedroom house that sleeps 11. Guests have access to a large yard with 2 small beaches, fire pit, basketball, horse shoes, and 4 kayaks. 17 minutes from Gunstock and Bank of NH Pavillion. The house is 7 minutes to the Tilton outlets, less than 30 minutes to several wineries and breweries. Mini golf and a few food places are in walking distance. The central location allows for easy access to all of the out door activities the lakes region has to offer. Enjoy evenings on the porch or screened in gazebo overlooking the water. We are across from the Winnisquam sandbar. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with French doors opening up to the wrap around porch. The house is located next to the Winnisquam bridge and the main road. Ring cameras are on the outside (no audio) of the property located on all doors, docks, parking, and yard. No cameras are inside. Dogs of any size welcome!.
