the cottage is a smoke free environment Pets are allowed with permission from the owner. Capacity limit is six people to limit wear on this private home. The cottage is owner occupied approx. 1/2 of the summer.
we're in a great location - on a private stretch of beach only 1 mile north of the popular town of pentwater As you can see from the pictures, the cottage is high on a dune. There are sliding glass door windows on two sides looking West out onto the deck and to the lake for a very tree-top feel and great views. This cottage is not for you if you cannot manage stairs. Like all cottages on the dunes, there are a lot of stairs to get to the beach. Inside, there is a great room and a large dining room table for family meals/ games/ cards, etc. The cottage is 2 levels- There are 2 bedrooms and full bath on the main floor, plus 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs which makes it ideal for a single family, or for 2 couples.

the pentwater area has lots to do in addition to the beach: golf, tennis, many shops, restaurants, mini golf, go-carts, ice cream, movies, and is just north of silver lake with its amazing sand dunes and dune rides!
