there are three separate structures to ensure individual families have their privacy including a main house, bunkhouse and beach house The original house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceilings, and two bedrooms. the full-length, screened-in porch is the perfect spot for families to convene before and after dinner!
the separate bunkhouse has three rooms of sleeping space, a jack-and-jill bathroom and a separate full bathroom
the beach house has a full kitchen and two sleeping rooms, the second room has a bunk bed with 2 children's beds The lookout deck is closer to the water and can be enjoyed by all as they make their way down the stairs to the private beach.
please note, the property is on 100 foot bluff overlooking lake michigan and a beautiful beach There are 40 steps up to the property from the parking lot and 80 steps down to the beach..
