We provide all guests with fresh towels and linens, and we can also offer mid-stay cleans and linen changes for an additional cost. Additionally, Roost does not provide storage for luggage, personal belongings, or mail, and cannot accept post or packages under any circumstances. Guests are not permitted to use the property's post boxes, and any mail received will be returned to sender. Lost property must be collected within 14 days of checkout, after which it will be disposed of.
