there are a the threshold, but the entire house is one level The entire house is one level, but the doorways are standard.

how do i check in?
a day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. just remind us!
can i extend a stay?
to extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.
can i change or cancel my reservation?
we have a moderate cancellation policy It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
are pets allowed?
we do have a pet fee, but we would love to host your pup Please keep off furnishings.
are there extra pillows?
we provided two pillows per person For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.
are extra guests allowed?
if you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues if you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)
is smoking allowed outside?
yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
could we leave our luggage?
we are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carport is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.
are a washer and dryer available?
yes The washer/dryer is located in the garage. The garage is an older space. Not a fixed up, but the washer and dryer work.
what is a must do in austin?
we love barton springs (especially in warmer months) South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). vera cruz tacos are really the best austin has! our capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
quiet hours in the evenings We love our neighbors and would never want to disturb them..
