Positive: Beautiful property! Very welcoming , roomy floor plan with beach decor & theme. Newer appliances, well equipped with kitchen accessories/tools. Older hot tub-though fully functioning and operational (comment to follow.) Newer BBQ & fire table provided (see comment below.) Entire yard is fenced with a 48” painted cedar picked fencing :) quite pet friendly! =)
Negative: While there was nothing specific that we did NOT like about the property, better care could’ve and should’ve been taken to cross the t’s and dot the i’s if you will- from a property management perspective. The hot tub, had visual evidence of past guests occupancy (sand, etc. in addition to obvious water level(s) slime lines (3.) Again folks, definitely NOT the end of the world here, however, at $3,100.00/wk said property management has an obligation to handle these items prior to new occupancy. In addition, we found that the LP tank on the BBQ was empty completely (also has a rusty NON-OPD valve-Un refillable.) We switched the tank from the fire table, and it lasted night one. Upon reaching out to Vacasa, they advised us to take the tank for exchange (Safeway) and submit for reimbursement (easy enough-however, should NOT be having to do so.) :( Beyond those couple of unnecessary ‘issues’, we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to revisiting this winter- to experience the winter on the beach! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to all!! 9/10.
