to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we’ve implemented the following guidelines and house rules; please read carefully
- no parties, gatherings, loud music, and smoking are allowed at the property
- the use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property Please be aware that marijuana detectors are in use throughout the property. For security reasons, a camera is installed outside the entryway, and noise and smoke monitoring devices are also in place within the apartment.

- check-in 4:00 pm/ check-out 10:00 am
- quiet time is from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
- any property damage will be charged to the guest If the property is left extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
- in order to ensure an enjoyable stay for our guests, we ask that you follow the house rules; failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund, and you will be required to vacate the premises immediately We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a respectful environment for all.

~ early check-in or late checkout that is unauthorized there will be a $300 penalty fee
~a maximum of 6 guests are allowed to stay at this property Any extra guest will be charged a fee of $45.
~ security deposit: a deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.
