guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building
our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space
please note that there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment
this pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

the apartment is within walking distance of the philharmonic and everyman theatre It is less than a 10-minute walk away from Hope Street - home to some of Liverpool's finest restaurants.
you can walk everywhere to restaurants, bars and cafés Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants.
it is also only a quick bus ride away from liverpool city centre Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you are a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central, where you will find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
getting around:
the nearest bus stops are on catharine street, just 1 minute's walk away From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
the apartment is a 20-minute walk to liverpool lime street and liverpool central stations for travel in/out of liverpool via train
taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10
if you're feeling a little adventurous, you can take one of the city's electric scooters to get you around town!
other things to note:
the apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.

please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
the check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
we provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:

smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out
kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
