Although we host people from all walks of life, we do want to describe the area may not be suitable for families with small kids as we are downtown and there are updates to the area. our biggest amenity is the close proximity to bars and restaurants you can get to with a quick uber ride to to the riverwalk! save money on uber and rideshare from our location!

• homes next door will soon be renovated as they look like they need work guests have given us feedback from the huge house next door that needs work, but we are aware the owner will renovate in the near future
