this amazing stone tudor was painstakingly renovated to its former glory and was recently introduced to rentals in july of 2019 It sits on over 1.2 private acres and has 6,500sf, sleeps 14 people and features 6 TRUE bedrooms all with queen beds, 4 1/2 bathrooms, 3 living rooms which includes a billiard room, chefs kitchen with high end appliances and 2 four seasons sitting porches. All four full bathrooms and the main level sitting porch have heated floors. There is also three separate forced air HVAC systems that provide air conditioning and/or heating to all areas of the home. There are two gas fire places. One in the billiard room and one in the great room.
the lakefront is truly impressive This historic home boasts over 160 feet of private level lakefront. The fishing is amazing right off of the dock! We also have four kayaks, two paddle boards and a mooring buoy available for your enjoyment.
