Two fully stocked kitchens with cooking and serving-ware, large variety of drink glasses, fully automatic espresso makers, cooking essentials provided. Large screen TV in each bedroom and in living rooms. Electric room darkening shades, ceiling fans/light fixtures with remotes, Amazon Echo and wireless chargers in each bedroom. Outdoor dining/entertainment areas with seating, patio heaters, dining tables, and fire tables located in rear of main house and in front of ADU overlooking hillside, 2 hot tubs, gas and pellet BBQs at both houses, and hibachi grill at main house.
