Positive: The property is well situated for access to all nearby tourist towns including Bath and Frome. Well proportioned rooms, ideal as a holiday let. Compact shower room and kitchen but well fitted. Spacious living room. Super views and useful garden area.

Negative: Generally good, but sofa bed in living room is uncomfortable and bed a bit creaky!

Summary: Very well presented property internally. Great kitchen facilities with everything you need for catering.
