the double height open plan kitchen/living/dining area gives the property an open, spacious feel - perfect for allowing the whole family space to relax and entertain Freeview TV and DVD player are provided and the lounge area has comfortable seating for 6 guests and a large glazed wall with doors leading out to the patio.

there are two bedrooms to the ground floor making this property ideal for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility Both have an en-suite shower room with shower cubicles, and you have the choice of a double or twin. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with a king size bed and space for a travel cot.

to the first floor there is a family bathroom (no shower) and to the ground floor, both bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room outside there is a hose available for washing down boards, wetsuits and sandy feet!

the property benefits from an internal doorway from the main entrance hall to the garage This space can be used to store bikes/boards etc. A washer, dryer can be found in the utility area of the garage.
the garden is laid with patio and stone chippings with several shrubs and a hedged boundary to the tarka trail A hot tub is available for an additional charge.
the driveway has parking for two vehicles and the property is located next to the tarka trail and therefore perfect for enjoying some lovely bike rides along the north devon coast
