our home is a couple of blocks from congress park in saratoga springs, only a 10 minute walk to broadway and 4 minute walk to the iconic saratoga race track The space is newly remodeled and full of amenities, including 9 foot ceilings, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, granite and butcher block countertops, Italian tile and hardwood throughout, walk-in Master closet, tub, sunroom, Washer/Dryer in unit, wall mounted 50" flat screen TV, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. There is also off-street, private parking, a patio with grill and quiet backyard.
