if you love nice woodland walks, wildlife, nature and peace and quiet, you could not do better than to stay in this luxury lodge ideally situated on the prestigious lawley development
the owners fell in love with this place and were stunned by the amount and variation of wildlife around the lodge and within walking distance In just their first two visits they observed :- many Hares, Rabbit, Deer, Pheasant, Partridge, Red Kite, Buzzard, Barn Owl, Tawny Owl, Woodpecker, Tree Creeper, Jay, Cuckoo a Badger and many more species with some photos displayed in the lodge.

if you prefer to cover a couple of miles, why not walk through the woods to skipwith common nature reserve, a site of special scientific interest This route takes you past the lovely Norman Church in Skipwith and the Drovers Arms is only a slight detour.
