The house has central heating and double glazing. It also has an extra heating source of a gas fire in the front room. Furnished with new carpets, newly decorated, a new bathroom and a modern kitchen. Would suit anyone on a long or short work contract, PDH or MA students, students looking for accommodation elsewhere, theatre or a group travelling together or families who want their privacy in a self contained house. All bills are included, heating, cooking on gas, electric, super fast wifi & Netflix. A 24 hour Tesco supermarket is 7 mins walk away. Takeaways 2 minutes walk away.
