Introducing two of the only original cottages left on Pentwater Channel available to rent!

Rent one cottage or both to allow room for an extended friends and family vacation you won’t forget! Experience the beach at your doorstep and the friendly main street of Pentwater just a quick stroll down the road! You will have the best views in an unparalleled location. Each cottage sits on a sandy, beach-like lot facing the channel. The boardwalk to the pier is in your front yard! The State Park playground and beach is across the street from the driveway.

Graynook: (smaller gray cottage) 2 bedrooms, attic loft, 1 ½ bathrooms

Main Floor: 1 bedroom with one double bed, 2nd bedroom with two double beds, 1 bathroom with a shower and bathtub, one bathroom with a toilet and sink
Attic Loft: 5 twin beds

*The Graynook can be rented alone. It does not have to be rented with the Breezewood.
Breezewood: (white cottage with blue trim) 5 bedrooms, 1 ½ bathrooms

Main Floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 full bathroom with a shower
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with double beds, one bedroom with one twin bed, bathroom with toilet and sink

*The Breezewood cannot be rented alone. It must be rented with Graynook.
Please Note

These are older cottages. As such, you may experience idiosyncrasies in areas of the cottages that you are not used to.
Please be careful when walking barefoot inside (and outside). Floors can be uneven.
Many rooms have slanted ceilings. In some cases, there may be sharp points sticking out- Especially in the attic/loft of the Graynook.
The cottages share one driveway. Graynook renters should park on the east side and Breezewood should park on the west side. Please be considerate of space.
No smoking or vaping inside the cottages.
No outdoor fires.
There is poison ivy on the hill behind the Graynook.
The cottages do not have central air. We have supplied some fans but if the weather calls for a lot of heat you may want to bring extra fans.
