Newly built, you’ll feel right at home with all the modern amenities and conveniences you need. Featuring an open concept kitchen with island, living room, large bathroom, and bedroom featuring a queen bed and HUGE walk-in closet. Wake up with coffee and sea breezes on the private patio off the bedroom. After a long day at the beach, enjoy dinner and a glass of wine at the farmhouse table under the covered patio. This home is outfitted with WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu, and Central AC. Plus, an in-unit washer and dryer. take the train from the local solana beach station to downtown or rent a car and see the sights in san diego county via the i-5 freeway!
*a kitchen island and larger couch with chaise lounge have been added to accommodate more functional use
we have also recently installed a (flexible) fence around the unit to provide a safe space for your dog to spend time with you outside, without having to worry about their security

for work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages
this property is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors all around We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking. That being said, noise disruption is rare, given the unit's location, but is more possible during the summer months when children are out of school.
