large master suite with new luxury firm saatva king bed (arriving 1/12/24) The second bedroom has two New Nectar beds (Full and Twin). There is also a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic 4" mattress topper that my nieces use as a bed. They like to put it in the living room.

summer typically brings smaller surf, fun for kids and families You will have free access to surfboards, bogie boards, SUP boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, etc. If there is something more you need, please let me (Rick) know and I will likely buy it for the condo.

this is a second floor unit, so there will be a unit above you However, the older couple that lives there are permanent residents and very thoughtful and quiet.
