located near downtown ingleside, which is about 15 minutes from the ferry This is a 3 bed, 2 bath unit that is part of a triplex, so this is Not a per friendly place. All entrances are completely separate from the other units though. The exterior is not attractive, please don't judge this book by the cover. If you like the spaciousness and price, you will find that the siding doesn't matter.

we are 9 miles from the ferry, approx a 15 min drive. Also a 15 min drive to Rockport. A good 25 min drive to North Beach. For your best beach experience I'd recommend you check out the city visitor center.
