for your comfort there are air-conditioning units in the bedroom with 'king size' bed and lounge for cooling in the summer and heating for the winter evenings
there is also a panel heater in the kitchen

there is a lovely fresh fruit & veg shop to the front of the small apartment block and is adjacent to all amenities including great fresh seafood restaurants, a speciality tea shop, rent-a-bike shop, grocery stores, pharmacy, bank and small shops
once you are here, you do not need a car as everything is a short stroll away If you wish to explore further afield then a car is advisable.
