this charming spacious town house in the centre of emsworth couldn't be a better spot to holiday close to the water thorough out the year
entering the house through the front door straight into the hallway leading to the large triple aspect sitting room, with smart tv and plenty of comfortable seating The kitchen has been well equipped to comfortably self cater for your stay including coffee maker, coffee pot, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer and toaster. The hosts have also provided a washing machine, clothes airer an iron and ironing board. There is a dining room opposite the kitchen you can sit and enjoy whatever delights you have whipped up in the kitchen or enjoy a take out from one of the local restaurants or takeaways. There is also a ground floor WC.
