newly renovated in 2022, this four bedroom, two bathroom home, will sleep a maximum of 8 occupants with two queen beds and four single beds It's a perfect home for two small families, or 6 singles.
there is a small bathroom off the corridor with a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity There is a second ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity from the main bedroom.
there are multiple outside entertaining areas, with the entire front of the house wrapped in verandah and shade cloth The rear has a separate seating area with an eight seater outdoor setting and BBQ. The front yard is separately fenced to the back yard, and outside pets are permitted (maximum of two). if you love to live outside then this is your property!
for those bringing a boat, you will have plenty of room The driveway will fit one car under cover in the carport and one car and a boat in the driveway. There is also room on the wide verge as well.
