it’s an old house, with old house charm!!! it can have a musty smell when first entering if house has been unused for awhile Please open windows to air out. The “must” will dissipate in short order. 3 Air-purifiers are located in kitchen, upstairs and living room.

a firepit is on the patio for your perusal Instructions and cooking grate and poker are in the mudroom next to the rakes. (Please clean cooking grate after use). Wood and kindling outside as well as in the mudroom.
