this is entire home rental, for the 2024 spring/summer/fall season
the house is centrally placed on 056 acre parcel, with the rear of of the property facing an east hampton town owned property with dense woods, making the back yard and the pool area very secluded, and quiet !
the pool is fenced in and has a large blue-stone patio with gazebo, chaise chairs and umbrellas that make the afternoons just drift away !
there is large garage that is used more as a play room with ping pong table in case it rains and you need to keep the kids busy !
the back of the house, while part of the structure, separated with the garage, and makes the bedroom and living room seem as a separate quarters, that works well when you want to have some privacy
please note summer (june, july, august) pricing is higher per night, due to seasonal demand, also please note that we have minimum stay
